I started by working in top class stables as a pupil and stable lad, before becoming assistant trainer to the legendary Fulke Walwyn. Stints in France and the USA were also memorable.

As a licenced trainer for twelve years I enjoyed winners at the Cheltenham, Aintree and Punchestown festivals.

Over the years I have advised racehorse owners and trainers on purchasing many successful horses, including group winners.

I still buy horses for clients, and benefit from having many contacts in stables here and abroad.

Currently I have started writing Fulke Walwyn's biography. I'm at the happy stage of gathering stories from those that knew him and were connected to the yard.
